In everyday life you take on many different roles: Women, mum, daughter, partner, friend, employee...

In this workshop you will be guided to identify your strengths, notice the different hats you wear, naming them and setting conscious and intentional boundaries.

You gain clarity about what you want to embody, developing a motto and formulating your vision.

You create and design a Manifesto-poster, that will remind you of your goal and strengthen you to follow your vision.

Different Formats

Basic workshop, two hours: CHF 200.- pp.

Group workshop, twice two hours : CHF 150.- pp.
(min. 3 participants)

The workshops take place in my studio in Mürren or online.
